Dear Orange II Homeowners,

Thank you for your patience as we complete the transition from Compass Property Management to self-management through PayHOA. We know change takes some adjustment, and we appreciate your understanding.

Website and Portal
We’re still adding documents, maintenance request forms, and making final tweaks to the owner portal. Please allow until Saturday, November 8, 2026 for www.1938wculverhoa.com to be fully updated. If something you need isn’t there yet, email or call us and we’ll send it to you directly.

November 1st Assessments
November 1st invoices have been prepared in PayHOA. A few reminders:

• Please pay through the PayHOA portal. Do not send payments to Compass. October was the final payment to Compass.
• If you pay by check, please wait for our updated mailing instructions before mailing anything, we should have that information by the end of the week.
• If you have trouble logging in or have questions about your account or payment, reach out to us and we’ll gladly help.

Board Meeting Tomorrow
Our Board Meeting is tomorrow, Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. The agenda is posted on the portal. If you can join, we’d greatly appreciate it. It’s a good chance to ask any questions you have about the transition.

Last Call for a Board Volunteer
Tomorrow is the last day for an owner to volunteer for the Board. The Secretary position is open, and serving is a great way to contribute to our community and help shape its direction. If you’re interested, reply to this message or let us know at tomorrow’s meeting.

Keep Your Information Current
Once you’re logged in, please confirm your contact information in the portal. If you haven’t yet sent us your current homeowner’s insurance declarations page, please email it to us.
